CHARACTERISTICS: Garnet color with ruby ​​highlights. Lively nose with aromas of red and black fruits and figs. Spices such as cinnamon and cloves are subtly present. Palate: red fruits, black fruits, supple finish on black pepper and spices.

TASTING ADVICE: To be enjoyed between 15° and 17°C. Beef fillet in crust, baked pheasant, duck breast, rabbit à la royale, trotters, leg of lamb with garlic.
