'Le Trou Provençal'

Marc is the alcohol distilled from the grape stalks of the Liquoristerie de Provence. Aged in old oak barrels to soften the 45° alcohol. The slow work of conservation gives it varied aromas of gingerbread, caramelized almond and dried fruits.
