Legendary animal of Provence, the Blue Octopus is known to come out at night from the coves to eat the botanicals of Provence. Thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, almond, rose, sea fennel... enhance the juniper berries. The iodized notes blend harmoniously with the freshness, roundness and finesse of the floral and garrigue notes.
